I really love being a London wedding Photographer as I get to shoot in so many incredible venues like the Marylebone Town hall for Charlotte and Greg’s special day. Even though i'm now a Hertfordshire wedding Photographer primarily as that is where I now live, I have actually spent the majority of my life living in London so it really is a joy to head back in to photograph so many gorgeous couples weddings.

Charlotte and Greg got married in April had a lovely intimate wedding day with around 40 of their closest family and friends to help celebrate. We started the day off with some morning prep for the both of them at the stunning Land Mark Hotel .  The Landmark London is a luxurious five-star hotel located in Marylebone, one of London's most prestigious areas. Known for its grandeur, elegance, and exceptional service, the Landmark Hotel is housed within a stunning Victorian-era building that has been beautifully restored and modernized to offer top-tier accommodations and facilities. It is also only a five minute walk from Marylebone town hall so it is the perfect venue for before and after your ceremony.

After spending just over an hour or so with Charlotte and her lovely family we started to head over to the town hall. I love the walk over as you capture a bit of the hustle and bustle of the street but also the incredible architecture en route.

Marylebone Town hall is probably one of my favourites of all the ones in London due to the incredible architecture mentioned above and those stunningly picturesque iconic pillars that are at the top of the steps outside. The must have photo opportunity for your wedding day !

The Town Hall is located in the heart of the Marylebone area in London near Regents park and is a popular venue for weddings and civil ceremonies. It is renowned for its elegant and historic architecture, making it a sought-after location for couples looking for a beautiful setting to exchange vows.

The town hall boasts several stunning and versatile ceremony rooms, each with its own unique charm and character. Couples have the option to choose from various rooms based on their preferences and the size of their guest list. These rooms often feature exquisite decor, high ceilings, ornate details, and ample natural light, providing an enchanting backdrop for wedding ceremonies and photographs. It’s the perfect venue for a micro wedding for those smaller more intimate days.  We also cant not mention all the stunning marble features throughout the inside of this venue. Beautifully stunning and so many places for perfect wedding photos

Overall, Marylebone Town Hall is a captivating and romantic setting that caters to couples seeking a classic yet stylish location for their special day, providing a memorable backdrop for wedding ceremonies and celebrations.

Shortly after the ceremony we headed outside for the confetti shots on the steps which I managed to get despite falling over backwards down the steps. This is a great spot for some documentary wedding photography and thankfully the weather had cleared up and we could get some really lovely shots of everyone laughing and celebrating together.

We took a short walk back to the Landmark for the reception meal and I captured some more portraits of charlotte and Greg as we walked back crossing the road and in front of some of the incredible buildings in the surrounding areas.

Really looking forward to Photographing here again. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
